I have been making short-form content for the internet in particular since 2013 when I was 12 years old.

This page details my videography work for various clients and across multiple genres.

I have experience shooting other content not displayed here, such as interviews and promotional content and more.

While working as an intern at Stretford Paddock FC, I was offered a full-time role as content creator at their social media production company, Studio68. My primary work is as a videographer and video editor, as well as photographer and all things media for various platforms.

This work has involved working with YouTube channels with over 2 million total subscribers, and social media accounts with over 650,000+ total followers. This includes Five Presented by Rio Ferdinand, Stretford PaddockStephen Howson, Stretford Paddock FC and Howson IRL, where I shoot and edit the videos in their entirety. Howson IRL provides me with the widest variety of content to shoot.

I've created ads for brands like Manscaped, Surfshark, NordVPN, Ridge Wallets, TenTrade, Beer52, 7SevenLayer and Hello Fresh as part of Stephen Howson's YouTube videos and social media posts. Since starting the role, I have shot (and edited episodes of) the Head's Gone podcast on Five, hosted by Ste and Ashley Williams, with guests such as Joleon Lescot, as well as creating the intro segment for the show. I've also shot episodes of Vibe With Five with Joel Beya, Ste and Ash, Kyle Walker and Rio Ferdinand. 1-on-1 interviews are also commonplace, including names like journalist Florian Plettenberg and former Manchester United goalkeeper, Nick Culkin.

I've also created several documentary-style videos, including a docu-series about the Stretford Paddock football club and the charity "Hero Paws". I've also produced live streams of The xG Files for Ste's YouTube channel.

I've also shot for smaller companies like Football Factory and Gymology, along with numerous other small businesses looking to grow their online presence and promote their services and products.

Music videos are also projects that I love to shoot. I have shot several across multiple genres, including rock, pop and alternative in a variety of styles such as narrative, performance and a mix.

Other Videography

Football Factory

Furthering my journey into football videography, I began creating socials content, ads and video for Football Factory's training app from July 2023. Football Factory was founded by James Thorne, a former Manchester City youth player and coach, who also played at Nottingham Forest during his playing days prior to becoming a coach.

My work at Football Factory involves vertically shooting and editing the training sessions held by the various coaches in Kearsley, Bolton, in order to be posted as reels on Instagram and videos on TikTok as an accurate and realistic representation of the 1-to-1 and small group training sessions.

On top of the standard socials content, I also made ads for their elite training scheme to be promoted on socials using Facebook Ads and so on. This variety of content makes for a good way of sharpening my videography tools and a constant flow of work and experience.

These two videos are examples from one of the sessions I shot with Coach James and a Salford City U18 academy player.

This style of content is purely for posting on the Football Factory MCR socials and is simpler and in a longer-take style as demanded by the client. The adverts I make are more of a highlight reel of the socials clips as well as some close ups of James' coaching and motivational comments to the players mid-drill. On top of that, they are also usually cut to music, unlike the socials posts.

Gymology

My first professional videography gig was for a personal training space called, "Gymology", in Salford. My client wanted a quick, action packed video showcasing one of his early morning (06:30) group sessions.

The client requested a video to go on his socials, thus the portrait orientation to fit the brief I was given.

He showed me some examples of what he wanted from other PTs on Instagram, as well as some previous work he had produced for his business.
